Returns

Our Returns Policy

If you have purchased an item from https://www.danceanddesign.com.au/ and would like to return it, (excluding underwear, custom costumes, stockings, socks) within 30 days of purchase with receipt for an item swap or store credit. 

Please note the following when making a return:

• Items can not be used or damaged
• If item was purchased online, please contact the shop, we will ask for pictures of the faulty item and appropriate postal arrangements will be discussed.
• If you think you have received a faulty item, please contact the shop as soon as possible, we will ask for a picture detailing the fault and any further information relating to the item.
