We can help design your costume with us at a rate of $50.00
per hour. If you have a design already then we can put it through with no
designing fee. It is best if you at least have an idea of your vision (parts of
different costumes, colours, themes etc.) and we can help you find your final
design.

We aim for a 2-4 week turnaround however this can vary
depending on how much sewing we have on at the time (it can be even less!). If
you require your costume for a specific date or competition, please get it
through with us ASAP so we can guarantee you have it in-time. As a guide, try
to allow 8 weeks during high season (the lead up to comps and concerts) for
detailed solos or troupes. If you need a costume urgently please contact us on
(08 9300 0740) ASAP and we may be able to simplify the design and push it through wish a rush fee.

We aim to process our orders within 1-2 business days and
then hand your goods over to AusPost for domestic delivery. You may select express
or standard delivery depending on your urgency and budget. Auspost suggests
that express will take up to 2-5 days or standard post 5-10 days (on top of the
processing time).

We can issue you a credit or exchange if you don’t love your
product. This can be processed when we have received your goods within 30 days
(post or in-store) and have confirmed the product is unworn and unmarked. We do
not accept refunds. We do not accept exchanges or credits for products that
were purchased from our sale section. Please refer to our Returns Policy here.
